Kitchen Witch Gourmet Mothers Day Tea experience: Sunday May 9th 11:00am - 2:45pm
In this almost 4 hour experience we will start at 11:00 am-11:30 with tea party classics. Scones, muffins, fruit, finger sandwiches and all the tea you can drink.
We will open with a guided meditation focused on the mothers, grand mothers, great grandmothers and the mothers that came before.This will open the gates to be joined by the joyous spirits of our grandmothers and the sacred tradition of tea.
We will then begin with exploring the history of tea, where it originated, and how it swept the country one cup at a time.
We will learn the differences in tea ie: white tea, green tea, black tea and what health benefits tea has to offer.
1:30-1:45 pm we will break for cookies and sweeter pastries and prepare for the tea leaf reading segment.
We will visit the art of tea leaf reading, where it originated, and learn some introductory tips of the trade on how to read leaves for your friends and family.
Tickets are $65.00 per person. Tickets must be bought in advance. This is available for up to 8 people. At least 4 people must register for the event to happen.
If less than 4 people register I will reschedule with you or refund your admission.
