*Green Apple Curry Pasta Salad
One of my favorite pasta salads. Perfect for summer picnic and potlucks.
'
4 Cups Cooked pasta
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
.1 cups chopped green apples
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup cooked green peas (canned is fine)
2 tablespoon Magikal Masala (adds Magik to your meals)
2 tablespoons Golden Curry (brings golden abundance)
2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
makes 12 servings (really it depends on how much you eat) but this recipe is enough to take to a gathering.
'
First, in separate bowl mix together sour cream, mayonnaise and yogurt with Magikal Masala and Golden Curry. Add salt and pepper too.
In large mixing bowl, use 4 cups cooked and cooled pasta, add in your chopped veggies, then stir in the creamy stuff, mix well.
The real secret to this recipe is to let it set overnight… Personally I think it's better the 3rd day, I just can't seem to wait that long. Enjoy and feel free to experiment… Chicken...Shrimp...Tofu
