Ingredients: rosemary, thyme, savory, fennel, basil, marjoram, lavender and all the romance the French countryside has to offer.
French Kissed Salmon
2 salmon steaks
Juice of 1 half lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon French Kiss herb blend by Kitchen Witch Gourmet
3 teaspoons salt
Preheat oven to 375. Mix together all ingredients in a bowl, this should result in a loose paste. Place salmon steaks on a cookie sheet. Apply mixture to the top of salmon. Cover with foil and bake for 7 minutes. remove foil and continue baking for 3 to 5 minutes. Garnish with lemon wedge
