Dragons Den tea is a black tea type called Lapsang Souchong, these tea leaves have been dried over a pine fire, this gives the tea a deep smoky feel with the richness of black tea. I add just a little south African red honey brush to give a little bit of sweetness to balance the flavors. Dragon’s Den is a robust tea that can be enjoyed by itself.
You can also use Dragons Den to cook with as a marinade for your meats or mushrooms. For slow roasting try it as a dry rub ground up with a medley of our spices such as, the Wild Hunt. Mesquite Forest BBQ rub, or Magickal Masala.
