Posted Comments:Deep Fried TurkeyI used Kitchen Witch Gourmet’s “Birds of a Feather” spice to season my turkey. I used it on the skin for a flavorful rub which made the crispy skin taste even better! I also used a generous amount in the cavity of the bird for a full flavor that resonated throughout the meat! I made a crock-pot turkey stew with the carcass and the leftover meat and used “Birds of a Feather” as the main seasoning for a fantastic slow cooked “comfort food” meal.
Suzanne Foster Lucky Asian SpiceI used Kitchen Witch Gourmet’s “Lucky Asian Spice” as a base along with soy sauce and water for my stir fry for an easy fix meal. I don’t usually enjoy the sweetness of clove in my Asian inspired cooking because it tends to over power the flavor. The “Lucky Asian Spice” has the perfect balance and did not take over the dish but rather complimented my stir fry staples.
Jenny-Faye Klooster Birds of a FeatherLike to cook an entire family pack of chicken breasts for use during the week. Irene Merkel “Hot and Sultry” grilled chicken saladI used the Kitchen Witch Gourmet’s “Hot and Sultry” spice to make the dip with the 1 cup mayo & 1 cup sour cream. I added diced tomatoes and some crushed dry peppers to make it spicy and added it to a grilled chicken salad. It was very tasty Krystal Dawes Ca State FairWe met you at the Ca. state fair, (just think “bald guy and pretty blond), bought several spices, teas and sides. Rubbed a steak with “The spice of life”, grilled it, and am happy to say we have never had a tastier steak! Thank you for being there and being so charming and personable. Triple Goddess stuffingI just recently used the “Birds of a Feather” to season my turkey, and I also used “Triple Goddess” in my stuffing! Both turned out absolutely fantastic!! Also, “Enchanted Chai” works not only as a wonderful tea, but also makes a great addition to cream cheese frosting for my pumpkin bread! You just have to grind it up a little more before mixing it in. Nikki San Francisco CA. |
