			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p id="top" />I used Kitchen Witch Gourmet’s “Birds of a Feather” spice to season my turkey. I used it on the skin for a flavorful rub which made the crispy skin taste even better! I also used a generous amount in the cavity of the bird for a full flavor that resonated throughout the meat! I made a crock-pot turkey stew with the carcass and the leftover meat and used “Birds of a Feather” as the main seasoning for a fantastic slow cooked “comfort food” meal. </p>

The “Lucky Asian Spice” has  the perfect balance and did not take over the dish but rather  complimented my stir fry staples.</p>
