Like to cook an entire family pack of chicken breasts for use during the week.
Merely place a bit of Olive oil in the bottom of the baking pan and place your chicken breasts on the oiled surface. Sprinkle a Birds of a Feather poultry seasoning on top of your chicken breasts. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for an hour. Delicious!
In addition to serving the delicious chicken for dinner with your favorite vegetable and/or pasta, I also like to thinly slice the chicken for sandwiches or dice it for salads.

I used Kitchen Witch Gourmet’s “Birds of a Feather” spice to season my turkey. I used it on the skin for a flavorful rub which made the crispy skin taste even better! I also used a generous amount in the cavity of the bird for a full flavor that resonated throughout the meat! I made a crock-pot turkey stew with the carcass and the leftover meat and used “Birds of a Feather” as the main seasoning for a fantastic slow cooked “comfort food” meal.

I used Kitchen Witch Gourmet’s “Lucky Asian Spice” as a base along with soy sauce and water for my stir fry for an easy fix meal. I don’t usually enjoy the sweetness of clove in my Asian inspired cooking because it tends to over power the flavor. The “Lucky Asian Spice” has the perfect balance and did not take over the dish but rather complimented my stir fry staples.
